BIOGRAPHY

Mark was born in Wolverhampton in 1970 and was introduced to Photography by his father Anthony Roland Wilbrey. This interest continued to develop during his school years alongside his interest in the 'Arts' in general.

Holding his first Photographic exhibition in 1986 for Wolverhampton Arts Week, with over 100 images on display of the local environment; accompanied by contemporary music composed by Mark of sounds from scrap car parts, and industrial sounds recorded by himself, this composition in-fact was until recently used in teaching methods at Warwick University.

Mark has quickly established himself as a highly skilled Photographer, gaining professional commissions for commercial businesses specializing in events and high end product photography. This was to run along side his personal work which includes a wide variety of subjects, and a special interest in traditional film and alternative photographic techniques.

Completing his BA(Hons) in Photography in 2013 led Mark to the path of pursueing photography full time.

Mark was also a former member of the training team for Nikon UK, delivering in store training to staff and customers
